 The banana seems attracted due to its yellow color.  Banana is a popular fruit and a source of high nutrients.  Many types of vitamin minerals and antioxidants are found in bananas, which are beneficial for the body.


 Banana fruit is rich in nutrients.  Hardly anyone is unaware of the qualities of this fruit.  This fruit is very good for your health, but if you do not eat it properly and at the right time, you may see its side effects.


 Although bananas do not have any dangerous side effects, you should avoid eating bananas at night and eating bananas in winter night can worsen your throat and sick person should not consume bananas at all.
